Founded by Ian A. McWilliams, NETS is backed by a team of elite consultants and technicians serving Suffolk, Norfolk, and Middlesex counties far and beyond, from New York to California. Whether it's a bench session, jury trial, mediation, or corporate retreat, our mission is the same: to help you present your case with clarity, impact, and precision.
Ian A. McWilliams is the Founder and President of New England Trial Services and past Chair of the ASTC Professional Visibility Committee. He has videotaped thousands of hours of deposition testimony and electronic demonstrative evidence and participated as a trial technician in over 100 jury trials during his more than 20 years of legal video and trial presentation career. Prior to forming NETS®, Ian was the Director of Media Services for the Boston office of a nationwide court reporting chain.
He began his career in the Presentation Industry, “back in the day”, when a “Multimedia Presentation” meant 64 slide projectors racked up behind a 12 foot screen; when a video projector weighed 75 pounds and was cooled by water and you could not point your camcorder at the light or you could burn the tube.
Ian has worked as a musician, audio recording engineer, rock band roadie, radio disk jockey, audio/visual tech, stage lighting director, sports cameraman, industrial video producer, and nightclub manager. He has worked for such clients as IBM, Farmers Insurance Group, Panther Productions, Waylon Jennings, and the Monterey Jazz Festival.
Born and raised in Boston, Noble Norceide has had years of experience doing corporate A/V work for hotels all throughout MA. Graduated Cum Laude from Lasell College in 2013 with a BS in Marketing (with minors in Communication, Mathematics & Law & Business). He is also a music writer for WBUR. Currently the 2024 Boston Music Awards Music Journalist of the Year and the creator of Boston's Premier Vlog, The Museum TV (https://tmtv.world/). TMTV has been featured in the Huffington Post, Revolt TV, Dig Boston and more for their work seeking to unify Boston's hip-hop scene. Noble brings a lot to the table as New England Trial Services seeks to grow and continue our “Ray Charles” service to our clients.

Mark “Juno” Harris is a Lesley University graduate in Film and an established recording artist with a background in audiovisual production and trial consulting. He joined New England Trial Services in 2022 and currently serves as Director of Operations, working on numerous trials and providing technical expertise and on-site support for legal teams. With a strong foundation in audiovisual systems and courtroom technology, Juno serves as an audiovisual expert and trial consultant, assisting legal teams in navigating and executing any technical needs that arise throughout the trial process.
Originally from North Carolina, Emmie Crowther is the most recent addition to the NETS team. She graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Geography in 2022. Before beginning her degree she worked for the Arts and Science Council’s youth programing doing photo and video work. Emmie has written articles and essays including one featured in the February 2026 Mata journal on spotting AI generated media. She works as our cartographer making a variety of maps and 3-D visual models for use both in and out of the courtroom.
